This is to announce that Mr. Balaji Narasimhan Iyer, Financial Controller and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Al Fajar Al Alamia Co SAOG has resigned from his services due to personal reasons and the same has been accepted. He would continue to work till 21^st July 2015. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr.Anil Kumar Vishnoi as General Manager – Finance & Accounts and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Al Fajar Al Alamia Co SAOG as Mr. Balaji’s replacement.
